- Three is the method, not a rule we hide behind. A short list of three forces us to filter hard instead of forwarding everything, and it gives you a decision you can make in one sitting. If your criteria produce more genuinely strong fits, we tell you; if the market only offers two at your terms, we say that too rather than padding the list.
- How much of my time does this actually take?
- One intake conversation of about twenty minutes, then whatever you choose to spend deciding: a stacked touring loop usually fits in half a day, video walk-throughs fit in your commute, and the paperwork is e-signed in minutes. The searching, calling, confirming, and chasing all sit on our side of the table.
- What does the search cost me?
- Nothing. Apartment locating in Texas is paid by the community: when you sign a lease and name us as your locator, the property pays our fee. Your rent is the community’s published rate either way — you’re not funding us through a markup.
- How do I know the prices on my list are real?
- Because we don’t send a number we haven’t confirmed. Every rent figure and special on your short list is verified with the community in writing and dated before the list reaches you. If a quote moves between confirmation and your tour, we flag it instead of letting you discover it at the leasing desk.
