A surgeon on call, a shift lead running nights at a distribution center, a consultant living out of a carry-on — none of them can pay that bill in hours. Most end up either renewing a lease they’d outgrown or signing something at the deadline, tired, from whatever was left.

Our answer is the three-door method. You give us one conversation — about twenty minutes — covering budget, move date, commute anchor, and deal-breakers. We do the legwork against our own tracker of Greater San Antonio communities, confirm every rent figure and special with the community in writing before you see it, and hand back three decision-ready fits, each with its honest downside stated. Then the deciding is engineered around your calendar too: tours stacked into one loop, or recorded walk-throughs watched on your commute, and every signature handled electronically. The warehouse shift lead gets the same three doors as the surgeon; the method doesn’t check your job title, only your criteria.

Two things we want plain. The service is free to renters — when you lease, the community pays our locator fee, which is the standard economics of Texas apartment locating. And we operate under a sponsoring brokerage as licensed real-estate activity; the brokerage name and TREC licence number will be published here at launch. We describe apartments and corridors by their features — never by who lives there — and screening decisions always belong to each community. Nothing we do is a promise of approval; everything we do is a promise of fewer hours lost.
